This book puts it all together for those of us who know better than to trust the cancer industry. I knew surgery and chemo didn't do my friends and family any good, but this book reviews so many studies that reinforce what many people have seen, that it should convince people to go right to alternatives if they get diagnosed with cancer. The bibliography takes up half the book. Good. Someone had to do this. The proof is right here.
I knew some of this but the author has taught me much more about this insidious business of chemotherapy and radiology. But who will believe it? Only the very astute student of health and disease. I hope people find this book and boycott the industry that is making them sicker..
This is a must read for everyone. Research shows that the cancer industry is dedicated to maintaining their profits despite the deleterious effects of traditional cancer "treatments". These treatments have been shown to cause death rather than stave it off. Can't wait for the author's next book summarizing the therapies that actually work! My guess...our own immune systems!
First of all. I am a Cancer survivor, so far!! I have only read half of the book. Very difficult for me. I have had surgery, Chemo and Radiation. It's been 12 yrs.So far so good. I WILL FINISH THE BOOK. ALL who are consideringSurgery should read it first. I didn't ask the right questions but I am one of the lucky ones.It's such a frightening concept. I hope your conclusions are wrong but In my heart i fear you are right.

I thought book was excellent and an indictment of health care in the US. It makes my blood boil to realize that people are so greedy, and basically immoral in their actions related to supposedly caring for people. I am impressed that MarkSloan obviously spent enormous time and effort to produce this book.

I am 73 and watched both parents go through the cancer ordeal. So this book got all my attention. I too was impressed by the long list of research plus the plain old common sense that came across. So please take this to the next level and collaborate with other experts and lay out alternatives to slice and dice and scorching every cell in your body. Is that already happening? Let us know where and how. A self help book is the next logical step based on research and legitimate testimonials. Thanks for the mind blowing read.
